The demonstration of the existence of a Power, imbued within the atmosphere, carrying healing properties and which could be “measured” in its concentrated physical manifestation, as radiation, to einstein, presented by Wilhelm Reich, opened the gates to an invisible realm of forces representing both human evolution, and its antithesis, human development’s arrest, regression, and decay. It is clear which one of the two forces, came victorious in the battle for Life.
For the Power that Wilhelm Reich Discovered, demonstrated as a Reality, and fought for, against Its deniers and hence, against the enemies of life, until his very last breath, is the Force that ignites with Evolutionary Healing impulses, regenerating and restoring an, otherwise, process of decay, that is holding sway of a planet prematurely pushed towards its grave, and which natural evolutionary path, in accordance to righteous cosmic law, is dependant on human evolution, in the attainment of heightened soul forces placed at the service of universal love, in consciousness of Self: humanity must evolve into a state of a superior intellectual capacity for Universal Love, attained by individual consciousness, and in individual freedom.
By means of the physical, this process of development within one’s soul, cannot be understood, for the physical is not the correct vessel through which, evolution takes place in human existence, quite the opposite, the physical is precipitated and “offered” to the destructive forces of the Earth, as soon as growth has reached its appropriate stage; hence, even from a basic point of view, one can understand, that the physical aspect of human existence, is simply a vehicle to facilitate a task on Earth, of a bigger magnitude, than that of a mere “Earthly” character.
Human existence accounts for far more than the prospect offered by just a material understanding of life .. for the empty space proposed by einstein and “company” is permeated by a purposed wisdom imbued Power, of Which essence, one’s own is part of … so the matter of denying and suppressing It, takes a very personal “tone”, hence my stand for Life, for Wilhelm Reich’s Work. One can say I am a bit biassed.
Between 1940 and 1957, turning point in human evolution took place in the following set of events:
-Discovery of the Orgone Living Power, carrier of Healing and Evolutive forces, by Wilhelm Reich
-Presentation and demonstration of Its Existence, as concentrated by means of radiation, to Albert Einstein, with the purpose of making this Power Universally known and accessible to all
-Confirmation of the existence of the Orgone Living Power by einstein
-Interjection of Leopold Infeld, with ties to the Rockefellers, and fraudulent refutation and denial of the Existence of the Orgone Living Power
-Refutation proved as wrong and fraudulent by Wilhelm Reich, who immediately and effectively demonstrated the interpretation offered as incorrect: the experiment was carried outdoors where no source of convection could be attributed to the temperature difference, as claimed by Infeld
-Absolute silence from einstein
-Sudden communication from einstein, after three years of silence, at the news that the confirmation of a temperature difference, effectively demonstrating that, indeed, the Orgone Living Power is a Reality, by him, was to be published. Threats and insults by einstein towards the Orgone Institute and Wilhelm Reich, halt the intention to publicise any article that would mention the “einstein brand”‘s witnessing of the Orgone Living Power
-Detention and incarceration of Wilhelm Reich on suspicion of “enemy alien” as soon as he applies for a patent for the Discovery; the application for a patent was to protect the Discovery from unscrupulous scientists that could misuse and misbrand Its Power, by means of the literature offered by the Orgone Institute
-A campaign of discrediting and slandering starts shortly after Wilhelm Reich is released, without any charges.
-The campaign of slandering and discrediting yields with a campaign of harassment and persecution by the FDA based on fraudulent claims
-Wilhelm Reich is finally called to testify in court on claims of “false statements of curing cancer” and of “false allegations stating that the Orgone exists”
-Wilhelm Reich refuses to appear in court for neither the FDA, nor any government on Earth, has any authority over Science, as placed at the service of Life and Evolution.
-Harassed, persecuted, all literature pertaining to the Discovery of the Life Energy and the Orgone, burned, Wilhelm Reich is incarcerated, where he died two weeks before release.
For any claims of insanity raised against Wilhelm Reich, by the ones who are, effectively, insane in their own right, in as much as they deny and attack Life and Its Representatives, hence denying and attacking themselves, a simple reading, even if superficially, of any one sentence redacted by Wilhelm Reich in his defence for Life, as he was being viciously persecuted by the World’s most powerful entities, shall clear any doubts, of the clarity of mind, of the superior logical, common sense and downright Truthful abiding powers to express and withstand the attacks of the beast; each sentence redacted in these set of documents, filed as part of “Biographical material of the History of the Discovery of the Life Energy”, by the Orgone Institute, and released to the public under the FOIA, became, effectively, a decree, originating not just from an act of human will …. but also, of destiny, itself, which transforms into Eternal, that found worth it of continuation, such as the word of Truth.
Hence suppressed and concealed truths, are, eventually, resurfaced and exposed, for all to see.
As mighty and powerful the battle displayed in defence of Life, in defence of a clean atmosphere, in defence of clouds, of rain, of a healed Life Principle, where decay was transmuted into regenerated and empowered Life, by means of Orgone Radiation, over the vast deserts plaguing the south west of the united states, equally mighty and powerful was the battle in court, fought by the same human being, a single man, against a monstrous beast of countless heads, one holding the Truth, the other, intoxicated and inebriated by all the power of the world.
The following documents are intended to be recorded as a biography of the history of the Discovery of the Life Energy, by Wilhelm Reich, and as such, having been released and made public for all to “see”, all information must be transferred, communicated, announced, by whichever means, to the one seeking to know, the monstrous and vicious attacks that the Orgone Living Power, and Its Discoverer and defender, Wilhelm Reich, were subjected to.
He ensured that every word was to be recorded as a testimony to the battle for Life, against a hideous beast that holds all the power in this world, and that executes its will by means of a million different tentacles placed at its disposal, granted by a human race that choose ignorance and weakness over wisdom and power; this testimony is for those children of the future, who hold the seeds of eternity, in Truth, in Courage, and in Grace. The testimony of one single man, a scientist, who Discovered and proved the eternal element that makes us fully human, and who fought with all his might, against a gigantic beast who could not even come close to him, and who, from a safe distance, and by means of countless proxy agents, managed to shackle his wrists; in doing so, his testimony in the defence of Life and Truth, has been made eternal.
And so the following documents are presented as a testament of what the Discoverer of the Life Energy, redacted to be exposed in court, in front of a group of people appointed to be the ones who decided his fate on the last years of his life; the charges were “misbranding and misguiding the public over a form of energy that does not exist”, and, for that matter, all literature containing the name of that energy “that did not exist”, that is, “Orgone”, was decreed to be burnt …… so much for the non existence of “something” Which name, in being attempted to be destroyed, spoke even louder within the futile raging flames ignited by the beast of a million tentacles …. and where far from destroying It, an even brighter ray of Light consecrated Its Name, pointing to Its very Existence.
Abruptly, unlawfully and fraudulently interrupted from his operations in the Arizona desert, where a healing of the atmosphere and a reviving of a scorched desertified landscape was taking place, under the name of OROP Desert, Wilhelm Reich was forced to halt all activities and return to Washington, where he had to devote the last years of his life to fight on his defence and the defence of Life, against a system that viciously tried to subdue him into insanity; they failed, Life, Truth, and Knowledge, prevailed, as we shall see.
The very same “system” that forcibly halted Wilhelm Reich’s continuation of his Work for Life, giving him no option but to appear in court to represent his own defence, for not a single soul on Earth was qualified, to either accuse, nor represent him, elaborated a law, ten years after his dead, by means of which, the final product of its very own system of decay, was to be exposed publicly. At this point one must raise the question: why would the most powerful “Entity” on Earth, with agency over the whole planet, and who had no-one to respond to, in “material” terms, whether in the act of producing and implementing the use of atomic or hydrogen bombs, or whether in the act of burning scientific literature and incarcerating a Scientist who discovered the Living Healing Element within the atmosphere, prepare and implement such Act, as the Freedom of Information? … why the disclosure, on demand, of all records? …. are we not being placed in the centre of a stage, where absolute freedom and agency has now been granted to humanity? …..
The following documents, and all subsequent ones in this post, were redacted and presented by Wilhelm Reich in court, as a response to the perjuries under which, he was being fraudulently accused, arrested and, finally, imprisoned, in an act of treason perpetrated not just against him, but against the human race, as a whole.
The words here presented are intended to be recorded and perpetuated as a Truthful Biography of the Discovery of the Life Energy, and It’s subsequent persecution and suppression.

“The red thread of a conspiracy”
ORANUR: Orgone Energy Antinuclear Radiation.
The meaning of the word “Emotional Plague” is explained in the following page, after the table of events, under point 1 of the Preface; “EPPO”: Emotional Plague Prevention Office: by means of the application of concentrated Orgone Living Power Radiation, a healing of the atmosphere was possible, with it, a healing of Life, and, by extension, of human “emotional” afflictions, the main representative of which, being neurosis, which encompasses the vast majority of irrational motivated behaviour, could be restored and regenerated into a Life affirming process of normal development, hence, of Life on Planet Earth, as a whole.
An “Office” was hence, created, which could very well have consisted of a handful of assistants with Wilhelm Reich as the Chief Counsel for the Discovery of the Life Energy; there are no records, that I know of, with the details of the formation of this Office, however Its Name is self explanatory and no written formalities are required for what it is obviously indicated by Its Name. I do, nevertheless, suspect, based on a systematic and devoted research, and, therefore, full comprehension of this Scientist’s Discovery and every element that gravitated around It, that the “EPPO” consisted only of himself, his daughter, Eva Reich, and a small handful of operators.

PREFACE
“The primary objective in presenting the material on the “EMOTIONAL CONSPIRACY” is to bring to the attention of the US public institutions a problem of grave implication:
1.There is active in a ruinous manner an emotional force in average human beings which depth psychiatry has learned to subsume under IRRATIONALLY MOTIVATED ACTIVITY: in their totality human irrational acts amount to a true social disease of an infectious nature, as it were, the so – called “Emotional Plague.”
2.The legal statute books of the USA do not contain anything that could cope with human irrational activities on the broad social scene.
A thoroughgoing examination of the authentic material underlying the compilation “RED THREAD OF A CONSPIRACY” may well help in coming to grips, finally, with a vast, dangerous, heretofore uncharted territory of human misery.
The immediate goal is to bring about serious consideration and legal formulation of the fact: IRRATIONAL HUMAN MOTIVATION IN SOCIAL ACTIVITIES. In this light, the judicial aspect of such a conspiracy is, from the point of view of social hygiene, of secondary importance though not entirely negligible.”
While the emotional plague spreads its morbid pall everywhere, acting as a counterforce to the transparency in purity, in beauty and in Truth, that represents and characterises Life, the plague took a specially acute and virulent character in the case against Wilhelm Reich, and the Discovery of the Life Energy, specially towards the end of his years, as the Reality affirming the powerful character of the Life Energy, could no longer be denied.
The emotional plague is an emotional force always looking for a “home” within the weakness and impurity of a flawed human character, hence, it is, indeed, a plague, affecting 100% of the population; if one did not have to constantly be on guard, aware of this “force”‘s parasitic nature, one would not develop as a full human being, for if there is no resistance against an antagonistic force, there is no growth; hence the emotional plague is the element that keeps us in check, lest we fall into indolence, into easiness, into forgetfulness of who, we really are, and to Which Real Force, we owe Allegiance to: the Force of Life, that demands a constant and permanent awareness to maintain the reality of being, really, human. The alternative is to fall into a state of simple existence, and a descend into infra humanism, the rampant example of which, can be, sadly, observed, everywhere, at all times.
The Preface, clarifying its two points:

-Elaboration of a document to be recorded as Biographical Material on the History of the Discovery of the Life Energy, where the defence of the Truth of Its Existence is exposed in an energetic and conclusive way, in all luxury of detail, comprising of not just this present volume “The red thread of a conspiracy”, but of a large number of documents, to the Jury, to the Judge, and to all present in Court, as the Discoverer is being sentenced to two years of prison under the charges of testifying on the name of the Life Energy, the Orgone, a name that, according to them, did not exist, yet over Which, a sentence was being decreed for the one who testified of It ……

-Introduction, emotional plague is identical to communism ( as revealed in its characteristics in 1950 )
-Communism (as it was in 1950), being equal to the emotional plague, operates from the shadows, hiding and pulling the strings of an equally emotionally plagued population who lacks the organisational skills to figure out who directs what happens around them, and their own behaviour, trusting they are free to act. In this way, only a handful of individuals are capable of ruling over vast numbers of people, preying on their self imposed inferior morality, and weakness of character, and soul forces.

Basic Tenets on Red Fascism (1950)*

1.Communism in its present form as RED FASCISM is not a political party like other political parties. It is politically and militarily armed ORGANIZED EMOTIONAL PLAGUE.
2.This organised political and armed emotional plague USES conspiracy and spying in all forms, in order to destroy human happiness and well-being, as does every single biopath with human happiness. It is not, as is usually assumed, a political conspiracy to achieve certain rational social ends, as in 1918.
3.If you ask a liberal or a socialist or a Republican what he believes in socially, he will tell you frankly. The Red Fascist will not tell you what he is, who he is, what he wants. This proves that HIDING is his basic characteristic. And only people who are hiding by way of their character constitution will operate in and for the CP. It is CONSPIRACY AND HIDING FOR ITS OWN SAKE and not to use as a tool to achieve rational ends. To believe otherwise will only lead to disaster.
4.Red Fascism as a special form of the emotional plague, uses its basic characterological tool, hiding (“CONSPIRACY”), “IRON CURTAIN,” to exploit the identical emotionally sick attitudes in ordinary people. Thus the politically ORGANIZED EP uses the UNORGANIZED EP to gratify its morbid needs. The political aims are secondary to this, and mostly subterfuges for emotionally biopathic activities. Proof: The political ends are shifted according to the “political,” i.e., EP needs of hiding and causing trouble from ambush.
5.The hiding, conspiring, conniving are there BEFORE any political goals are conceived, as draperies for the activities.

Communist or fascist, red or black, these terms have now become obsolete, what remains, however, is the substance that grants it the manyfold definitions, according to the age. A polarised world 70 years ago, with a “freedom fighter” ( sigh … ), superpower to the west, the “liberator” of a world threatened by fascism and communism, and its necessary counterforce to the East, has now morphed into a single beast whence a million heads emerge, each with its own individuality in stupidity and regression, yet ruled by the same body, where each head has its own particular fight against the immediate head to its right or to its left, in an endless morbid pathetic state of affairs, that keeps them busy with eternal fights, eternal controversies, eternal discussions, in a ghostly dance of fusion and disintegration, re-fusion and re-disintegration, all the while, the beast observes, amused, all the while, the Essential, passes by, unnoticed, ignored, more! he or she who Testifies of It, is deemed a fool!
The essential: Love, Truth and Knowledge.
What in this page, extracted from his book “People in Trouble”, is being exposed, is how acting out of the force already defined and explained in its nature as the “emotional plague”, those who are organised in it, control and manipulate those who are unorganised in it, that is, in essence: the whole world, in its irrational behaviour, acts motivated, guided and controlled by the “emotional plague of mankind”; those who are organised comprise a small group who control those who are unorganised, which includes the vast majority of the race. In this way, by means of organisation and knowledge of the power that unawareness from the part of the majority, convey to those who are aware, manipulation and control of the masses is at hand, with just a few moves of the strings they themselves have freely attached their being to, in exchange for comfort, easiness of living, for not having to confront themselves and be forced to see their own reflection without the filter of illusion, for being granted the possibility to evade the essential, for it is hard work to reconcile with Reality, demanding, as it does, application of one’s soul forces (thinking, feeling and willing) to break through the veils of deception.

The “coating” applied to disguise the real motives, has to be of at least an equal or darker shade of that which is being concealed, obviously. Hence the extend and magnitude of the force applied to what is being attempted to be suppressed and hidden, matches the extend and magnitude of the force to be concealed; in the case of Wilhelm Reich and the Discovery of the Life Energy, the powers that rule the world, unified in one single entity, acted against him …… FDA, AMA, APA, rocker fellows, u s of a, draperies, indeed, thick, dark, coarse, opaque, the coat they applied 70 years ago in the suppression and concealment on the Knowledge of the Life Energy is drying up, eventually to be dissolved into nothingness, by the very Element they claimed, “did not exist” ……
Slow and gracefully, ordained in Beauty, guided by Cosmic Universal Law, the Orgone Living Power Marches on, from West to East, Its Winds a Testimony of It, in Eternity Life continues its path, carried over into ever evolved stages, by Its human messengers and witnesses.

6.The sole objective of the conspiring is POWER with no special social ends. The subjugation of people’s lives is not intended, but is a necessary and automatic result of the lack of rationality in the organisation and existence of the EP.
7.The organised EP relies upon and uses consistently what is worst and lowest in human nature, while slanders, destroys and tries to put out of function all that threatens its existence, good or bad. A fact, to the EP is a fact only if it can be used to certain ends. It does not count on its own behalf, and there is, accordingly, no respect for facts. Truth is used only if it serves a special line of procedure or the general existence of the emotional dirtiness. It will be discarded as soon as it threatens or even contradicts such ends. Such an attitude toward fact and truth, history and human welfare is not specifically a characteristic of Red Fascism. It is typical of all politics. Red Fascism differs from other political disrespect for fact and truth in that it eliminates all checks and controls of the abuse of power and drives the nuisance politician to his utmost power. To believe that “peace negotiations” are meant as such is disastrous. They may and they may not be meant, according to the momentary expediency. RF is a power machine using the principle of lie or truth, fact or distortion of fact, honesty or dishonesty, always to the end of conspiracy and abuse of human malignancy.
8.No one can ever hope to excel the pestilent character in lying and underhanded spying. Espionage and counter-espionage may belong as part of present day social-administration: it will never SOLVE the problem of SOCIAL PATHOLOGY. USING TRUTH in human affairs will burst open the trap and the unsolvable entanglement of spying and counter – spying. In addition, it will be constructive in establishing the foundation for life – positive human actions.
Riding on the only force that can grant it any power: a state of human unawareness chosen in self consciousness and in freedom, by each individual, the emotional plague holds absolute control and reigns supreme over the four corners of the earth, slowly marching on, devastating and desecrating life, one act at a time. A macabre parade, opposing that of Life, of Truth, and of Reality; as such, it is destined to disappear, but in the process, it engulfs and drags along all who lack the self respect of being fully human. And if one does not measure up to one’s “humaness”, then one is, by default, in a self chosen state of infra – humanism, where the treasure is being handed over to the beast, free and consciously. This comes at a price.
“Red fascism”, with all of the world power at its disposal, and with infinite means to act, is thus given free range to reign over a morally corrupt human race, the most astonishing example that demonstrates this fact to be true, is the Manhattan Project, where men from all over the world were summoned, in free will, to act as a unified entity, to work in the inception, development and final deployment, of Life’s antithetical force. Not a single one of them questioned and declined the call of the beast, they all followed suit, the orders of their master. Red fascism at work, preying on human immorality.
It was the same force capable of recruiting, send to a remote area of the south west and ordain the construction and deployment of the first atomic bomb, by human hands, that persecuted and sentenced Wilhelm Reich to be incarcerated, also being granted the power to act by means of a human act of will.
Devastation and destruction of Life on Earth, can only take place by means of human will, no other “entity” has agency to destroy planet Earth; and just as equally true, is the fact that no other “entity” has agency over the evolution of the planet, into higher evolutive stages, and in accordance to Cosmic Laws, than human will.
“Emissaries” congregate surrounding and aiding the one who is the messenger of evolution on planet Earth, but the same is truth for the ones who are against human evolution; in the case of the latter the monstrous disproportionate number of powers at play to annihilate the progress of the Earth, in a lawful evolutionary curve, far outnumber the Voice of Life, of Truth, of progress, as intended by the Gods; however, it only takes the will of one developed human being, true representative of the age, for Life to continue Its rightful path, against all odds.
After the Preface and Introduction, where a descriptive explanation is offered, exemplifying the organised emotional plague as equal to Communism (as this ideology was presented in those days, around WWII), the “essence of the case” follows.
The reason for clarifying, up front, and prior to any other expositions on his defence, what exactly is the emotional plague and under which organised name, it went by at the time, was for the very reason that it was this plague, the one responsible for the persecution, harassment and final imprisonment he was to suffer; while literature on anything related to the Orgone was being criminalised and burnt in the u s of a, this same literature was being shipped to Russia where their scientists paid attention and due respect to the Truth supporting the Reality of the Discovery; also, at the same time, communists sympathisers were the ones responsible for the suppression and concealment of the Discovery in the usa, while being also responsible for the inception and implementation of nuclear atomic power, the antithesis to the Orgone; from Leopold Infeld, to einstein, to Oppenheimer, all of them, communist sympathisers, hiding behind the ample dark veil offered by the disrespect of facts and truth, the ones in charge of deciding the fate of the Discovery and of Its Discoverer, possessed.

Dear Doctor Baker,
Would you be kind enough to transmit the following message to whoever carries the responsibility for your legal action against the FDA. It should be obvious by now that the issue before the courts of the USA is new in its substance, that the statute books carry no provisions regarding the Emotional Plague. I would like to summarise briefly the true issues coming up before the Supreme Court:
1.Is it legally, morally and factually, if truth should prevail, any longer possible that THE MOTIVE of a complaint should be kept out of the proceedings? In case of murder the motive is decisive. So it is, too, in the case of assault by psychopaths, acting and posing as bona fide government agents.
2.If the motive can no longer be overlooked, the question emerges whether it is any longer possible to exclude the irrational element from the legal procedure. Since the irrationality in human behaviour is today acknowledged as powerfully active, it no longer can be excluded from the law if justice be done.
3.Is it permissible legally and morally that sick individuals, motivated by their own anxieties, very well known to us as physicians from our daily medical practice, should drag what they dislike into court, into a well prepared trap, under the pretext and disguise of bona fide government action?
4.Is is legally and morally excusable that such activity be taken over, even if innocently, by a court of justice, thus putting itself at the disposal of illegally motivated complaints? Is it, furthermore, admissible that such court action follow the line laid out by political, subversive hoodlums, subservients to a foreign power, in the execution of the task of killing in the USA, for mere political reasons, a crucial discovery in medicine and natural science?
5.Is it true justice to omit the factual situation, to restrict the total issue to procedural, empty legalism, to force the public to believe that a device is fraudulent in the hands of A, but perfectly legal and not fraudulent in the hands of B, C, D, F, etc.? Is it sound judgement to follow in this screaming contradiction the criminal conspirators who are out to kill only the person WR (“ad personam”)? Is the law to serve the facts, or are the facts to be twisted, falsified and otherwise distorted to serve empty procedural compulsion?
The intrusions into the Laboratory, un announced “surprise visits” which were nothing but imposed interrogation sessions, harassment and constant spying and obstruction in the crucial and vital Work being conducted at Orgonon, on the part of the FDA, led Wilhelm Reich to take legal actions against the attacks from this powerful branch of the government, the same one who proceeded with the accusations against him and the Discovery. He had Truth supporting him, but not power; the power was in the hands of the liars, of the enemies of Life.
The tragedy of the whole situation, seen from the distance, in addition to the ruin imposed on the rest of us, by depriving the World of this Scientist’s last years of research in the advancement of the powerful properties the Orgone Living Power holds, in the healing and correct development of human evolution, is to know how he searched for aid and protection, from the same beast he was being viciously attacked by; but this, he could not have envisioned, in his wildest dreams, as he was battling for the right of Life, of Evolution, of a healed atmosphere and human race, to exist, to not be denied and disintegrated, one atomic blast at a time, in the land he naively presupposed, stood for the same principles of Truth and Life, as he did.
And so, another document is redacted and forwarded to one of the most important colleagues in the Science of Orgonomy, Dr. Ellsworth F Baker, the one he trusted to be his successor in the continuation of the study and development of the Orgone Life Energy ….
The document forwarded to Dr. Baker, was to be recorded as part of the biographical material as well, and in it, 8 points are raised to be addressed by the lawyer or legal team, appointed by the group of doctors trained in Orgonomy, that was, or were, to prepare Wilhelm Reich’s defence in court.
Let us remember that Wilhelm Reich was being summoned to appear in court by the most powerful branch of the u s of a government, the one in charge of supervision, protection and support of the drugs and medications industry: the FDA, under charges of misbranding a “something” that did not exist.
Let us remember that Wilhelm Reich refused to appear in court under those charges, for not only were they an offence to Truth and Reality, but were raised by a group of people that had not a clue of the very basic grounds the Science of Orgonomy firmly stood on.
To burn all literature containing the name of that “something that did not exist” and send his Discoverer to prison, testifies louder and clearer than any written or spoken defence uttered in the face of the beast, of Its very Existence!
Yet, one with eyes to see clearly disguises an act that surpasses a mere materialistic understanding of the facts presented, transcending and transforming the immediate, the ordinary, the ephemeral, into the Law that Reality and Eternity, are guided by.
Continuation of points 6, 7 and 8, “the essence of the case”:
6.Is it morally and legally permissible that newly discovered facts be subjected to laws written into the statute books before there existed any knowledge of the nature of the unknown natural phenomena?
7.Has a court of law the right and authority to pass judgement on the validity of bona fide basic research in new territory? Has established opinion the right to decide what is new basic knowledge? Have established commercial interests the legal and moral right to kill discoveries by subversive, conspirational means?
8.Has a natural scientist the right to refuse to fall prey to such criminal activities on the part of emotionally sick individuals, by not appearing in court and by putting his trust in the judge’s judgement? Or should the killing of scientists and pioneers by evil men continue forever unchallenged, unabated?
These are only a few of the issues before the Supreme Court of the USA, and not only whether the interests of a few physicians have been curtailed.

Let us, in the clarity and development of a 21st Century consciousness, answer the 8 questions raised by Wilhelm Reich; one does not need to have a legal background to do so, but a Living, one:
1.Is it legally, morally and factually, if truth should prevail, any longer possible that THE MOTIVE of a complaint should be kept out of the proceedings? In case of murder the motive is decisive. So it is, too, in the case of assault by psychopaths, acting and posing as bona fide government agents.
No, it is neither moral, legal nor realistic to ignore the motive of a complaint, for it is the very motor force that ignites the complaint, itself. The motive must be understood as the main factor by means of which, the will of an individual, or a group of individuals, is being set in motion, with the intention of obtaining a final result. The motive of killing in self defence is different from the motive of killing to steal, as such, the proceedings are different in both scenarios. It is the motive that should determine the outcome of the proceeding, not the action. In the case of the FDA, the motive was to discredit and kill the Discovery, at all costs, with no facts substantiating the case against Orgonomy nor against Wilhelm Reich; sheltered by a morally bankrupt system, they held the power to direct and have the last word on the proceedings of their own manufacturing.
2.If the motive can no longer be overlooked, the question emerges whether it is any longer possible to exclude the irrational element from the legal procedure. Since the irrationality in human behaviour is today acknowledged as powerfully active, it no longer can be excluded from the law if justice be done.
The irrational element merges with the motive itself, it acts as a single force ignited by stupidity, immorality, and corruption. Irrationality is at the roots of a system of illusions that is being empowered by a force, a very real force, opposing human evolution. The illusion, handed freely, coated in a fake glory of sorts, at all times, everywhere, in all places, it is the glass through which the Real is being concealed by a fake picture that can only be substantiated through the irrational element that acts and takes hold of a race unwilling to claim their own dignity, for it is hard work to do so.
The irrational, therefore, cannot be overlooked, must not be overlooked, it is the main force by which Life is being killed, on planet Earth, how can it be overlooked? it must be analysed, studied and yanked off its very roots by the application of Truth and Reality. It is a shame that both Truth and Reality rely on human freedom to be enforced as a Power on this planet.
3.Is it permissible legally and morally that sick individuals, motivated by their own anxieties, very well known to us as physicians from our daily medical practice, should drag what they dislike into court, into a well prepared trap, under the pretext and disguise of bona fide government action?
It is not morally nor legally permissible to allow sickness to drag into a trap that which is Truth and Alive, nor to decide, to rule and prevail, over Life and Truth. A system that permits this is an equally sick system, and as such, must allow itself to be healed, it must remain quiet, it must halt all of its irrational behaviour, it must immobilise all of its manyfold tentacles and out of an act of free will, subject itself to Truth and Life.
4.Is is legally and morally excusable that such activity be taken over, even if innocently, by a court of justice, thus putting itself at the disposal of illegally motivated complaints? Is it, furthermore, admissible that such court action follow the line laid out by political, subversive hoodlums, subservients to a foreign power, in the execution of the task of killing in the USA, for mere political reasons, a crucial discovery in medicine and natural science?
It is not excusable, under any circumstance, let alone, motivated by hoodlums subservients to a power antithetical to the one supposedly represented by the judicial system where the complaint has been raised, for that system to allow the killing of any crucial discovery in medicine and natural science; this statement must be magnified and elevated to ten thousand ten times, in its importance. No crucial discovery in medicine and natural science must ever be allowed to be suppressed and killed, let alone the Discovery of a proven Power abiding within the atmosphere that surrounds the Earth, imbued with Healing Qualities that, as applied concentrated by means of the Discovery made by the “accused”, objectively regenerates and heals the process of decay consuming the Earth, and all that is alive in It.
5.Is it true justice to omit the factual situation, to restrict the total issue to procedural, empty legalism, to force the public to believe that a device is fraudulent in the hands of A, but perfectly legal and not fraudulent in the hands of B, C, D, F, etc.? Is it sound judgement to follow in this screaming contradiction the criminal conspirators who are out to kill only the person WR (“ad personam”)? Is the law to serve the facts, or are the facts to be twisted, falsified and otherwise distorted to serve empty procedural compulsion?
It is not true justice to omit the facts, and to entangle the issue in a labyrinth of empty legalism, with no base on truth nor on reality; it is not true justice to fail to answer each one of these questions in the same spirit of clarity, straightforwardness and honesty, in which they have been raised; it is not true justice to viciously adhere to a system of lies and illusions, to be compliant of a “machine” that cannot have an understanding of the basic principle that must guide human actions: Love, Truth, and Knowledge. A “machine”, be it a rancid legal system, a corrupt government, or a humanity lost in lies, only knows how to tick boxes, in accordance to its pre-programming, it knows nothing of the essence of the reality that governs Life. It knows nothing of the spontaneity and agency that the innate power of Truth, grants the one who is Its messenger and carrier, the “machine” acts as an automaton, pointing fingers where it is directed to do so, pulling the trigger when it is told to do so, travelling a thousand miles, leaving all behind in order to create an atomic bomb, when it is commanded to do so, piloting a plane and flying half way through the entire planet, in order to drop the bomb, in full knowledge of the consequences, when it is ordained to do so, by its master, sending an innocent man to prison, on charges of testifying for Life, when it is summoned to do so, the machine is the total group of humans, who refuse to be so, for it is hard work to attain full humanity, in a world as antihuman, as antilife, as this one is.
6.Is it morally and legally permissible that newly discovered facts be subjected to laws written into the statute books before there existed any knowledge of the nature of the unknown natural phenomena?
Beyond morality and legalities, it is not in line with Reality to even hold as much as an opinion regarding a subject that is unknown to the one raising a single assertion about “It”; in order to hold a qualifying and valid judgement over any subject, such must have been mastered in its total scope of existence. One cannot give an opinion over the reality or illusory nature of the offered vision from the highest mountain peak by the one that has reached the top, if one has not completed the same path uphill and reached the peak; no written, spoken, unspoken or chiseled in rock, law, may subject a new discovery to suppression and concealment, to incarceration and burning; this is truth even in the case of holding an understanding of that which is being judged, and an irrefutable fact, in the case of holding no understanding of that being condemned.
7.Has a court of law the right and authority to pass judgement on the validity of bona fide basic research in new territory? Has established opinion the right to decide what is new basic knowledge? Have established commercial interests the legal and moral right to kill discoveries by subversive, conspirational means?
No court of law has the authority to pass any judgement on basic research in new territory aimed at the betterment and rightful evolution of life on the planet, furthermore, court of laws must protect basic bona fide research from any “force” that may pose a hindrance to the continuation and development of a Science that is at the service of Life. Established opinions have no right to decide what is new basic knowledge unless the opinion itself has been established in the full knowledge and scope of that being “opinionated” about. Commercial interests have no place near the vicinity of new discoveries, commercial interests must stay aside, at a far distance from exercising the slightest influence over a Discovery that grants humanity freedom, and sunders the ties from its enslavement and subjugation to its decayed system of artificial dependance. Only by means of a conspiratorial corrupt system of power can any commercial interests hold any influence over a Life Affirming Discovery, unless such influence is exercised towards Its further development, ensuring it reaches every corner on Earth.
8.Has a natural scientist the right to refuse to fall prey to such criminal activities on the part of emotionally sick individuals, by not appearing in court and by putting his trust in the judge’s judgement? Or should the killing of scientists and pioneers by evil men continue forever unchallenged, unabated?
A natural scientist that is being persecuted by sick individuals has the right and duty, to hold up to his dignity by not entertaining nor indulging into any prospect of stepping over the manure and filth prepared for him by the sick, as a trap; he has the Universal duty to continue with his research in Life Affirming scientific work, he has the duty to make use of every minute of his time as a service to Life, for he holds the heightened capability to do so, among the rest of his fellow humans, who lack this necessary capability; he, therefore, does not have the time to entertain petty opinions, accusations or sentences over his Work raised by individuals of inferior intellectual and moral quality. He must delegate the problem of petty immoral accusations raised by inferior beings, to the appropriate appointed institution which duty is to remove obstacles and traps out of the way of a Life Affirming Scientific Work in progress.
These are only a few of the issues before the Supreme Court of the USA, and not only whether the interests of a few physicians have been curtailed.
